WHAT IS CARDARCFOUR THINGS IN ONE

CardArc is four things your card business needs, in one system.

PART 1Card inventory management systemEvery card you own, costed and priced. Singles, sealed, graded, consigned, reserved, and where each one sits.
PART 2POS & consignment managerSell at the counter or at a show with market guidance. Take cards on consignment, track the split, pay people out.
PART 3E-commerce enablerYour live stock as a website, on your own domain. Auctions, pre-orders and a consignor portal for your customers.
PART 4Card business analytics & P&LCompany value, profit, what moved the number and why. Built for card sellers, not adapted from a generic shop tool.

WHY CARDARCONE SYSTEM

Built for card stores in Southeast Asia.

Most card shops run on a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and a pricing app open in another tab. It works until the day it doesn't: a card sold under market, a consignor who thinks they are owed more, a staff member who "fixed" a number.

CardArc puts the whole shop on one login. Every card you buy is costed. Every price is checked against live market data. Every sale, correction and payout is recorded so you can always see what happened and undo it.

PART 1 · CARD INVENTORY MANAGEMENTBUYING
pipeline

Log a buy in seconds, costed per card.

Whether it is a collector walking in with a binder or a weekend show haul, every card enters the system with its real cost, its source and the market price next to it.

  • Live market guidance on every line, so you know your margin before you pay
  • Bulk buys are split into per-card costs automatically, including shipping and FX
  • Consignment intake in the same flow: pick the tier, the split is recorded
  • Scan a card with your phone camera to find it in the catalog
< 20 secto log a costed buy

PART 1 · CARD INVENTORY MANAGEMENTBULK BUY · MOBILE
buy-mobile-1
buy-mobile-2

Buy at the show from your phone.

Bulk Buy is the mobile tool for conventions and collector visits. Scan or search, tap cards into a cart, agree one total, and the system splits the cost across every card fairly.

  • Built for a phone in one hand and a binder in the other
  • One negotiated total, pro-rata cost per card, free throw-ins handled
  • Market price shown as you add, so you never overpay on the spot
  • Books straight into the right branch in the right currency

Your scan beside the catalog candidates, code read from the card

A whole stack in, identified and priced.

Feed a stack of cards through a desktop document scanner, pick the image files, and CardArc identifies every card against the catalog, reads the printed card code, and prices it at market. Fifty cards in minutes, not an afternoon.

  • Two tracks: Pool for janks straight into bulk stock, or Individual where each scan becomes the card's photo (front and back)
  • Confident / Check / Unknown: most cards are done automatically, the rest show you the top matches side by side with your scan
  • One total split by market value, or the same cost per card, then sell at market, market x % or fixed, rounded up to shop prices
  • Tick what you want and book; the rest waits in the draft. Available on CardArc Shop and above.

PART 1 · CARD INVENTORY MANAGEMENTPRE-GRADING · CENTERING
pg-detail
pg-grid

The whole assessment: centering, cap and value per card

Is this card worth sending to PSA?

Scan a card and CardArc measures its borders the way a grader does: left/right and top/bottom, from the cut edge to the printed frame, front and back. It shows the highest PSA and BGS grade the centering allows, next to the raw price and the PSA 10 price, so the question answers itself.

  • Every card gets a plain verdict: supports a 10, caps at 9, or not worth grading
  • Open a card to see the borders drawn on the scan with the ratio in each margin, the exact PSA rule it hit, and the full graded price ladder
  • Front and back both measured on a duplex scan, combined into one cap
  • This is a centering check. Surface, corners and edges need angled light and are a planned add-on - treat the grade shown as a ceiling.

catalog

A catalog of 300,000+ cards, priced.

CardArc ships with a reference catalog across Pokemon, One Piece, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh and more. Browse it, search it, and add any card to stock without typing a name or uploading a photo.

  • Every card has an image, set, number, language and a live market price
  • Filter to what you hold, what is reserved, on consignment or sold
  • Link your own manual cards to the catalog later, nothing is lost
  • Prices refreshed through the day from market sources

Know what every card is worth. Every day.

Open any card and see the market grid: ungraded and every grade, with the price history underneath and your own buys and sells for that exact card.

  • Price history chart per grade: see the trend before you buy or sell
  • Your holdings and full transaction history on the same page

Reserved inventory, held per branch

Stock that makes sense to a card seller.

Bulk singles and individually tracked cards live side by side. Sealed product, singles and accessories are separated so the POS, the storefront and the reports all read the way you think.

  • Individual cards carry grade, cert number, photos and location
  • Case to box to pack breakdowns keep the exact cost when you open product
  • Reserved pool for cards you are holding to speculate or for a customer

Every mistake is reversible.

Wrong price, wrong card, cancelled deal, damaged stock: all of it is handled with a click, recorded with who did it, and can be undone.

  • Cancel a buy or a sale without deleting history (keep-both reversal)
  • Fix a buy cost weeks later: the system replays every affected number
  • Write off damaged or lost stock with a reason
  • Undo on every correction, with the full trail on the Transactions page

The consignor portal on your storefront

Consignment, built in from day one.

Take cards from collectors, sell them, pay them out. The split is agreed at intake, the card is never counted as your capital, and payouts are a queue, not a spreadsheet.

  • Your own commission tiers (5 to 50%), or create your own
  • Consignor portal: collectors submit cards online and track them
  • Payout queue shows exactly who is owed what, with clawbacks handled
  • Consigned stock is excluded from your company value, correctly

Pre-order campaigns on the storefront

Auctions, pre-orders, consignment and accounts, all on your site.

The storefront is not a catalog with a WhatsApp button. Everything you run at the counter has a customer-facing side: bid on auctions, register for pre-orders, submit cards to consign, keep a watchlist.

  • Auction pages with live price, bid count, countdown and proxy bidding
  • Pre-order campaigns with deposits and waitlists customers join themselves
  • A consignor portal where collectors submit and track their cards

preorders

Sell the next set before it lands.

Run a pre-order campaign with capacity, deposits and a waitlist. Deposits are tracked as money you owe until the product ships, so your books stay honest.

  • Campaign cockpit: capacity, registrations, deposits paid, waitlist
  • Deposit rules per campaign (none, fixed, or a percentage)
  • Refund queue with one-click processing when plans change
  • Customers register and pay on your storefront, then get email updates

Live auctions on the storefront

Auctions with proxy bids and soft close.

Put a graded card up for 7, 3 or 1 day. Bidders set a maximum, the system bids for them, and a last-second bid extends the clock so nobody snipes.

  • Proxy bidding and soft close built in
  • Outbid emails keep bidders coming back
  • Settlement flow moves the card from auction to sold in one step

Wishlist board, linked to buys

Know what customers want before you buy.

Every walk-in, online order and enquiry builds a customer record. Wishlists tell you which cards to hunt for at the next show.

  • CRM with purchase history, top customers and contact details
  • Wishlist board: what is wanted, how many, partially filled or done
  • Storefront enquiries land in a triage list with status

Stock, revenue and profit by game and by kind

One number that tells you how the business is doing.

Company value is revenue minus cost of goods minus expenses, plus the stock you own at today's market. It is the first thing you see when you log in, with the numbers behind it laid out underneath.

  • Company value, all-time revenue, COGS, expenses and net profit at a glance
