Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 July 2026
Welcome to CardArc. These Terms govern your use of the CardArc platform and its websites (cardarc.app, admin.cardarc.app and store subdomains). CardArc is operated by Coco Milo Holdings and its affiliates ("CardArc", "we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Early access
CardArc is in early access. The service is provided on a best-effort basis, features may change, and some — such as auctions and public storefronts — are still rolling out. We do not offer an uptime guarantee or service-level agreement during this period, though we work hard to keep it running.
2. Who can use CardArc
CardArc is a business tool for trading-card retailers and their staff. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service for a legitimate card business. You are responsible for everyone you invite into your workspace.
3. Your workspace and account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for your account, for keeping access secure, and for the actions of members you add. Each workspace's data is isolated from every other workspace.
4. Your data and content
Your data is yours. The inventory, sales, customers, prices and other records you enter belong to you. You grant us the limited right to store and process them only to provide the service (for example, to show your storefront or calculate your books).
You can request an export or deletion of your workspace data at any time by contacting us. We may retain limited records where required by law.
5. The shared catalog and market data
CardArc provides a shared card catalogue and daily market prices sourced from third parties (including PriceCharting) and our own logging. This data is provided for reference and convenience; we do not warrant its accuracy and it should not be your only basis for pricing decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe others' rights
- access, probe or disrupt another workspace's data or the platform's security
- resell or sublicense the service without our written permission
- upload malware, or scrape or overload the platform
- misrepresent yourself or your business
7. Fees
CardArc is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans or take a percentage of marketplace sales, we will tell you clearly and in advance, and you can choose whether to continue.
8. Third-party services
CardArc relies on third parties such as Google (sign-in), Resend (email), payment providers (Stripe, Xendit) and market-data sources. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Availability, disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardArc and Coco Milo Holdings are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim (which, during free early access, is zero).
10. Termination
You may stop using CardArc and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or use the platform in a way that harms other stores or the service. We'll give reasonable notice where we can.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the platform grows. If we make a material change we'll give notice through the app or by email, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Indonesian operations are conducted through PT Coco Global Prima. Questions? Reach us through the contact form on our site.
